We’re pretty confident you’re going to enjoy ZO, so we offer a “Blow your mind" for 60-days return policy. If, at the end of the 60 days you can actually part with your zo, we’ll gladly welcome it home and refund the purchase price, minus shipping/handling charges.


The product must be returned in good condition, in the original box, with all cables and paperwork to ensure receipt of full credit. The return shipping charges will be your responsibility as we won’t accept anything C.O.D.


To return the product, contact digiZoid by sending an email to support requesting “Blow your mind” return service. Include the following in your email:


Your name, address, and telephone number
Purchase date (proof of purchase may be required to verify eligibility)
It’s not absolutely necessary to receive a refund, but we would like to hear your comments regarding the reason for return


Upon receiving your email we will contact you by email or phone to confirm your return service request and provide instructions for returning the product.


You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, usually within three to five business days of our receiving your returned product. Delays may be experienced in the case of incomplete or damaged returns.


For your protection, we recommend that you insure the package and utilize a form of shipping that includes a Tracking Number. Returns should be sent to:
